“April showers bring May flowers,” right? But that doesn’t mean that we have to sit inside while it’s raining the whole month of April. The weather in the spring can be unpredictable and that’s why us humans typically pack a rain shell, just in case. The Sun Shower™ waterproof rain jacket allows your dog to do the same.

Made from waterproof, PVC-free coated fabric, the Sun Shower keeps your dog dry when the unexpected deluge sets in on the trail. Two side release buckles allow this dog jacket to be easily put on and removed, while the belly panel provides coverage from the wet ground. The cape-style fit allows for full range of motion for the active trail dog.

If you need a little extra coverage in the neck area, the oversized storm collar folds up, and if you need access to the collar leash attachment, the jacket’s storm collar folds down for easy access.

This non-insulated coat allows you to use it during the warmer months without overheating your dog. If it is cold and rainy, it can be worn over warm layers like the Climate Changer™ for cold weather protection.

Other features of the Sun Shower include reflective trim and a light loop for attaching a Beacon™ safety light for low-light visibility.  It is available in Purple Dusk or Granite Gray.

Don’t let rain keep you and your canine sidekick from exploring your world. Extend your adventures, no matter the weather, by being prepared with the Sun Shower dog rain jacket.

Visibility is very important to me. I don’t necessarily want to put a purple/pink jacket on my male dog, but gray is not very visible – especially during rainfall. What about a bright blue or teal? Or colors like the track jacket? Timber would love to stay dry, but putting gray on a brown/tan/white dog just doesn’t seem ideal.

  2. Such a noble piece of clothing! Would be great to keep my dog cosy!
